- We are situated on the main road 6 kilometres from Tenby town centre and 4 kilometres from Saundersfoot with own private car park;
- Guests can be dropped off right outside the main entrance of the hotel;
- There are no steps from the car park to hotel main entrance, reception, ground floor rooms or breakfast room; there are no steps to access the main bar and outdoor eating areas;
- The main front door is automatic;
- Portable induction loop is available at reception;
- The reception has seating for guests to wait;
- Choice of 7 en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor and 5 ensuite bedrooms on the first and second floors; There is no lift.
- Purpose built disabled room with double and single bed and purpose built ensuite bathroom with emergency alarm situated on the ground floor next to the breakfast room.
- Porter service for luggage assistance is available;
- All rooms have cordless kettles, refreshement tray, remote controlled flat screen TVs and wireless internet access;
- Automatic lighting throughout the hotels corridors and stairways;
- Rooms clearly signed with numbers;

- The ground floor is level throughout and includes fully accessible en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor;
- The Breakfast Room is on the ground floor, there are no steps;
