• Prices are per person per night Bed and Breakfast
• Children in a cot free of charge, children 10 years and under £25.00 per night, children over 10 years full price.
• Sole occupancy in double / twin room £65.00
• VAT at current rate
• Rooms are available for arrival from 3pm and are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

We require your first night charge as a non-refundable deposit to secure your room, with the balance payable on arrival - please. All terms apply as quoted in writing at time of booking.

• All rooms are subject to availability at time of reservation and upon receipt of deposit. The deposit is equal to the cost of the first nights stay in the hotel and is non refundable unless cancellation is within 30 days of arrival.
• A reservation constitutes a contract between guests and The Woodridge Inn Hotel. If for any reason you cancel this reservation, for all or part of the time, you are still liable to be charged up to 100% of the quoted rate as detailed in the "Cancellation and Curtailment Charges" below.
• No allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking. If you cancel the holiday the cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

• We do not take single night bookings for weekends
• In order to maintain our high and dedicated service to our guests we do not accept stag or hen parties whether booked as a group or individually. We do not have a late night drinking licence or entertainment facilities.
